Our Summer Seminar is nearly upon us as we look forward to seeing all our U.K. members, and also members from Paris, Rennes, Holland, and Canada.
If any Dan Grades are available to make ukemi on the Seminar (Saturday 5th August), would they please let the office know as soon as possible.

The last Wednesday class in Headquarters, before the Summer Seminar, will be on 26th July – these will re-start on the 23rd August. The last Friday Headquarters class will be on the 21st July, and these will re-start on 25th August.
