Here is the December 2022 Aikido update for he Ki Federation.
We look forward to seeing everyone on our Christmas course and Dan Grading on the 10th December. The Dan Gradings will start at 9.30am. The course will be from 1.30pm to 3.30pm.
The Wednesday night classes in H.Q will end on the 14th December and re-open on the 11th January.
The Office will close from 16th December and re-open on the 13th January.
Sensei Williams has made some lovely stamped oak breathing blocks, complete with bags. These are on sale at the Dojo for £25 a set, with a percentage of the fee going to cancer research.
