Saturday 14th March saw the 1st Kyu, 1st and 2nd Dan groups come together to train with Sensei Greenley. They started with the first bokken kata, before moving on to studying the tanto: nikkyo, shihonage, sankyo and gokyo. There was a good attendance, including students making the trip down from Scotland and across from France.
On Sunday 15th March there was a general course and Kyu grading. Sensei Greenley taught again – 8th form nikkyo for kyu grades and various multiple-partner exercises for dan grades. Everyone did very well at the grading after the course, so “Congratulations! All passed!”
