It was a great weekend at the 5th Dan group course. Members enjoyed practising Ki tests with a focus on extending the mind, moving into 9th form, and then Jo techniques in the afternoon. Big thanks to Sensei Margaret for another wonderful day of instruction, and to Sensei Peter Baillie for sorting everything behind the scenes.
