We hear that everyone enjoyed the Cradley Heath course, and congratulate Ian Drew and his members on the 20th anniversary of their club opening.
Another course, preparing for 3rd Dan Grading, has been arranged for the 19th July. This course will be very beneficial for those taking their grading this year. It can also be attended by any Dan Grades who are 2nd Dan or above.
We require Dan Grade ukes for the grading on the 18th of July – please let the office know if you can attend.
The Headquarters Wednesday evening classes will now be open for all Kyu and Dan grades. These will now run every week. The Tuesday class members will also transfer to the Wednesday.
- The last Wednesday class before the Summer Seminar will be on the 29th July, re-starting on the 26th August.
- The Friday lunchtime class will end on the 17th July, and will re-start on 28th August.
We look forward to seeing all our members on the Summer seminar, and welcome the members from Canada, France (Rennes and Paris) and Russia who will be attending. The first Wednesday of the Seminar will be our traditional Fancy Dress, and the second Wednesday will be our skittles night.
Ian Valentine will be opening his new club in Exeter shortly so we send him our best wishes.
Our sincere thanks go to Steve and Andy Walker for doing a great job on repairing and painting part of the Headquarters front.
