Here is the March 2025 Aikido update for the Ki Federation of Great Britain.
There was a great feeling on the mat with all our 5th Dans on their group course. Many of the members travelling from Scotland endured a 12 hour journey down to Somerset. We were spoilt with Mia bringing tins of Scottish shortbread, Ben supplying caramel biscuits from Sweden and also Roger bringing a special box from Scotland. We all appreciated all of this, so we thank them for their kindness. Thank you also to Peter Bailie for all his help on our courses.
A reminder for Dan Grades that all our weapons courses and the “Introduction to Ki Therapy” course are required to be booked in advance, with payment either by cheque or online. Please email Will, in the office, if you wish to book, and he will send out all relevant information.
The “Introduction to Ki Therapy course” will be held on 28th/29th June. This will be taught by Sensei Margaret and is for Dan Grades only.
We are sure everyone will enjoy the Weekend Course in Paris on the 29th and 30th March. It looks like it should be held under lovely Spring weather.
