Reserve your place

We have limited space, and don't want anyone to travel all this way without getting onto the mat. Please reserve your place using the form below. Also, please let us know if you change your mind, so that we can release your place for others.

Submitting the booking form does not guarantee you a place. We will reply within a couple of days to confirm your place, but only if you have included your contact details on the form!

Lunches

We will be providing hot lunches at the dojo both days, so need to know your dietary preferences. The options are: (red) meat, vegetarian, or gluten-free vegetarian. We are unable to provide a vegan option too. If you do not wish to participate in lunch, there are few places to eat quickly nearby so we would advise picking your lunch up before the morning session.

Evening meal

We are planning an evening meal together in a local inn. Please add your contact details to the reservation form so that we can contact you about this nearer the time.

Accommodation

There are plenty of accommodation options in the local area, but you'll need to book ahead. In the worst case scenario, it's possible to stay in the dojo itself as it has showers. If you wish to do this, please let us know and bring a sleeping bag.

Below is a selection of local accommodations. You can easily find others via the usual search engines. If you are thinking of staying further afield, check distances and travel times, and be aware that the roads can be busy/slow at this time of year.
