Special no-fall course

As you know many members miss their practice and the friendship they feel on the mat through either injury or illness and as we all age some stiffness comes.

Sensei Margaret is offering a trial no-fall course for members who have had an injury or are recovering from some situation, and older members who wish to take things a bit slower.   

All members from teenage upwards and any grade would be welcome to attend.

The practise would be through the Ki syllabus and certain parts of Aikido movement practised slowly.  

There would be no rolling and each individual would move at their own pace.

No booking is necessary, and the fee will be £20.
