Many thanks to Sensei Mark Greenley of the Muswell Hill club for coming to teach our area course last weekend – he always comes with a friendly and approachable style and a bag of new things to teach us. We had a good turnout, with just under 30 people on the mat, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves and learnt a lot.
Congratulations to everyone who did their gradings – everyone passed with flying colours and it was great to hear lots of positive feedback from our grading officers.
Finally, a big thank you to all our club members who worked hard to ensure everything went smoothly and to give our guests the warm welcome then have come to expect from the Brighton and Shoreham club. Special mentions are due to Geoff for organising refreshments, Drew for the fantastic lunch, and Sam’s mum for all the cakes 🙂
